Progression #1

I'm so excited! Since my last post I have lost 7 pounds by just changing my diet from fast food to fruits, vegetables, and a balanced meal. I don't eat that much and if I eat it's usually once a day. I know that's bad for me but this is just the way my body is. I can eat small doses at breakfast, lunch and dinner but anything more and I either puke or I get sick.
